•  Smoking while in the vehicle is prohibited by Government legislation
•  Government legislation requires that seat belts be worn at all times while the vehicle is in operation
•  Circumstances may require us to change or alter the tour without prior notice
•  We take no responsibility for lost or stolen property
•  Group discounts available, minimum 6 people
•  Hotel pick-up from CBD area - times will be confirmed after booking
•  Pick-ups – allow 10 minutes either way depending on traffic conditions
•  Fares quoted are expressed in Australian currency and include GST, all entrance fees and lunch

Cancellation Details

•  Any cancellation of a tour booking within 24 hours prior to departure of the tour will result in a 50% refund of monies paid
•  Failing to take a tour or where no notice is given not to take the tour will result in a total loss of monies paid
•  Should we cancel a tour, 100% of monies received will be refunded
